This is a perennial creeper that thrives in clear cool water. It is great for salads, soups and sandwiches. Also very healthy - good source of P, Ca, S, Fe, I and vitamins A, C, B1 and B2.Can also be grown all year indoors in a simple container of water or using a paper towel method. Sow Sp, Su and Au Sprinke seed on moist paper or on prepared soil. Leave in the dark until seeds germinate in 6-10days Once plants are 3 weeks old they can be planted at the edges of ponds or running water and they will creep out. Cut seedlings when 5-10cm high for sprouts
