This is a great micro green which is great in soups, salads and garnishes giving dishes a fresh peppery taste. Can also be used in the same way as spinach. Its also very high in Vit C, copper and iron. Sowing time - Sp-Su in similar way to growing lettuce for baby greens. Germinates between 10-20deg Prefer sunny position, sow 5mm deep, emerge 8 -14 days Harvest as required, best when leaves are young
