This is a charming meadow / cottage annual flower with dainty white flowers. Excellent for bouquets and flower arranging. Saponaria vaccaria is commonly used in Chinese medicine, known as Wang Bu Liu Xing.

Sow Spring Prefers a sunny well drained position, store seeds in a fridge for about 3 weeks and then sow out into soil at about 18-25 degrees, press down the seed but don’t cover and ensure they stay moist at all times but not wet enough to rot. Emerges within 3 weeks.
