Pyrethrum is a useful natural insecticide which can be grown beside crops to deter insects or the flowers can be harvested and made into a spray. The white daisy flowers make it attractive in the garden with the added benefit of deterring insect pests.

Sow in Au-Sp in hot zones, Sp-Su in cool zones - soil temp. should be around 22 degrees C.
Sow in pots indoors, sow on surface as they need light to germinate, keep moist at all times with a misting gun, seedlings emerge 10-30 days.
