This is an old vegetable which can be used for its similar to beetroot and leaves similar to silverbeet.

Sowing time - Au-Win in warm areas, Sp-Au cool areas. Prefer sunny position, sow 12mm deep, emerge 10-15 days Harvest when roots are of a suitable size for eating.
