Primarily the seeds are used as a spice but can also be used for micro greens pr even as a green manure in the garden. Fenugreek is believed to have many medicinal properties such as increasing breast milk production in women and helping to lose or gain weight. Fenugreek leaves are also highly nutritious and a great addition to salads.
