This is a rare variety producing 1-2 large white cobs on very tall plants. The variety is an Australian heirloom. Excellent for eating fresh and has quite a sweet flavour for maize, can also be used for cattle feed or maize flour. There is still some genetic variation in the gene pool and you may get the occasional red cob producing plant.
