This is an excellent aromatic herb used in soups, salads and omlettes. This particular variety produces purple leaves with green tinges on a dense bush. Basil is also a good growing companion to tomatoes.

Annual growing to approx 45cm

Sow Au-Sp warm areas, Sp-Su cooler areas - Avoid cold times of the year, needs 22 degrees C to germinate.

Prefers a sunny position, sow 5mm, germinates 10-14days

Harvest Throughout the Summer as required
