This is an old vegetable which can be used for its roots and its leaves. It is very unusual and the roots are tender and flavourful. Used in soups or boiled with other vegetables. Sowing time - Au-Win in warm areas, Sp-Au cool areas. Prefer sunny position, sow 12mm deep, emerge 10-15 days Harvest when roots are of a suitable size for eating.
