This is an excellent variety with fine flavour, long roots which are white and uniform. Recommended variety for first time parsnip growers and an old favourite to experienced growers. Small and slender when picked young (pictured) roots grow average of 50cm at base when mature.

Sowing time - Au-Sp warm areas, Sp-Au cool to temperate areas

Prefer sunny position, sow 5mm deep, emerge 21-28 days

Harvest in approx 18 weeks after sowing
