This is a beautiful WA native producing large profusions of flowers over Summer. Easy to grow from seed but when growing from seed there may be some natural variation in flower colour - plants may produce red, yellow, orange or pink flowers, though red is most common.

Grows up to 15m tall but in most garden situations will likely only grow to 7-8m

Some frost tolerance once established but does best in warm frost free climates

Good drought tolerance, prefers sandy soils.
