These are a charming easy to grow sprawling bedding plant producing masses of sweet scented violet purple flowers. It is great for ground cover, borders and rockeries and ideal for any cottage garden.
Annual
Sow in Early Autumn or Spring, avoid hottest and coldest times of the year. Will tolerate a light frost but killed by moderate and heavy frosts. Doesn't do well in hot summers.
Sow full sun or part shade in seed trays or direct, 2mm or scatter on surface and keep moist at all times until germination occurs Germinates within approx. 14-21 days Likes well drained soil, will rot in soggy wet soil.
