This is an unusual variety producing fruit that is approx 18cm long cylindrical fruits with snowy white skin and flesh. White eggplants have firmer flesh and a creamier texture compared to regular eggplants. They are extremely well adapted to hot climates, with a great taste and prolific growth habit. Sow in Sp-Au in hot areas, Sp-Su cooler zones - needs 25-28 degrees C soil temp to germinate. Sow 5mm directly in final position, seedlings emerge 10-14 days, space 60-75cm Harvest 60-80 days after sowing
