This is an interesting heirloom beetroot, producing white roots that won't stain your bread or cutting boards. Tastes just like regular beetroot and is a fast growing winter hardy veggie. It grows for most of the year in most regions and is great for salads and dinners.

Sowing time - Au-Sp in warm climates and Sp-Au in cold climates.

Prefer sunny position, sow 12mm deep, emerge 10-14 days

Harvest in approx 10 weeks after sowing
