A great rare variety producing beautiful beans suitable for fresh shelling or dried beans. They produce gorgeously coloured beans varying from bright blue to a grey blue colour. Grey colour tends to be most prevalent when growing in hot weather. Colour is brightest blue when freshly harvested, generally darkens with age / drying. It does well in warm climates compared to many bean varieties. Climbing.

 Sow in Spring and Summer or all year in warm northern areas. Sow 25mm directly in final position, seedlings emerge 6-10 days, space 15cm apart. This is a climbing variety which requires a trellis or some kind or support. Harvest from 10-12 wks after sowing
