This is a fast growing and very adaptable variety of mustard, leaves have a beautiful nutty flavour. Leaves can be picked young for salads or older leaves can be used in various cooked dishes. Very good heat tolerance compared to most mustard and has excellent pest resistance.

Sowing time - Autumn to Spring - try to avoid extreme heat or cold times and frosts

Prefer sunny position, sow 3mm deep, emerge 6-10days

Harvest in approx 40 days after sowing, sooner for baby leaves
