This is a tasty japanese leafy green, usually used in salads and picked when young and tender. It is similar to mizuna but with thin smooth edged leaves and a stronger mustard like flavour. Good for 'cut and come again' use over a long period of time.

 Sowing time - All year, best in cooler times Prefer sunny position, sow 5mm deep, emerge 6-10days Harvest in approx 40-60 days after sowing
