This is a great variety of Chinese cabbage which is fast growing, flavorsome and great for Asian salads and stir fry’s. This variety has looser heads with thinner stems than the variety you find in the supermarket. To form tighter heads, tie the outer leaves together around the plant loosely.  Cabbages need correct timing of planting to form compactly.

Sow late summer- early autumn in most climates, in tropical and sub tropical zones sow in Autumn-Winter.

Sow 6mm directly in final position, seedlings emerge 6-10 days, space 30-40cm apart.

Harvest 8-10 wks after sowing
