Baby Bok Choi / Pak Choi ‘Red’ (Also called Purple)

This variety produces dark purple to reddish leaves, in part shade position leaves will have more greenish red. Excellent for baby leaf production. Pak choi is a very fast growing vegetable which is a good substitute for spinach and cabbage. It is great for stir frys and vegetable dishes whilst being very healthy.
Sowing time - All year Prefer sunny position, sow 5mm deep, emerge 6-10days Harvest in approx 6-8 weeks after sowing
