This is an unusual italian heirloom, which is actually a squash. The fruits are long - growing 60-100cm in length and are pale green with flesh said to taste similar to green beans. Great in curries.
Sow in Spring and Summer or Sp-Su in warm northern areas.
Sow 20mm, seedlings emerge 5-8 days, space 90cm apart.
Harvest once they are of a desirable length
