Eggplant – ‘Greek Tsakoniki'

This is an unusual variety producing fruit that is 22-24cm long with pale purple and white striped skin. Ideal for making moussaka due to tender flesh with a faint sweetness. They are extremely well adapted to hot climates, with a great taste and prolific growth habit.

Sow in Sp-Au in hot areas, Sp-Su cooler zones - needs 25-28 degrees C soil temp to germinate.

Sow 5mm directly in final position, seedlings emerge 10-14 days, space 60-75cm
