Brussel sprouts are a great winter garden plant which are improved by frost and have a long growing season. The plant itself is unusual and the sprouts can be harvested from the bottom upwards by picking them before they begin to open. This is an old variety which produces balls of 3-3.5cm on a short stem and are compactly set. Sowing time - best in cool zones - Late Sp-Au most areas, warm areas Au-Win Prefer sunny position, sow 5mm deep, emerge 7-14 days Harvest approx. 90-120 days after sowing
